All of the answers in this section were Ravelry (15%), Twitter (55%), Instagram (20%), Pinterest (10%).

We have already started a Twitter Account and will be creating a Pinterest Account shortly. The other two will need more research.

Instagram would be good for photos of new items etc
Quite happy with fb posting
Yes, daily.
Twitter would be good and a Ravelry group would be brilliant,
weekly or when something new or interesting comes up

Conclusion – we need to spend more time looking at these and posting more often. It is sometimes difficult to find the time but it is obviously important.

I don't buy enough to warrant it, there are many pages and I need to select those I will use regularly
Don't do so much crafting any more, all free time spent knitting for Grandsons

These last few questions were actual 2 questions in each
Parcel well packaged and arrived quickly very pleased with service [Thank You]

Some of the questions are very ambiguous and by answering multichoice questions I'm not sure how you will decide which part the answer refers [We have managed to get all the data we needed]
I think the reason you have had people stopping before the end of the survey is because it is very repetitive. To ask three times if the respondent uses Facebook, and what other social media is wearing. Maybe another survey engine would suit you better next time. [It was only repetitive if you use all three sites and you may use them differently so we had to ask the question in each section. As stated in the survey – it could not remember what you previously put as you may not have answered the question in the previous sections. The only other option would have been three surveys and then customers who do use all sites would have been answering all the ones at the beginning three times instead of once. There was an option to skip a section if you had not used that site.]

unclear what some of the abbreviations stood for. [Whenever we used abbreviations we did put the word in full with the abbreviation in a previous question or note]
