Opening Hours
The Craft Bits Website is open 7 days a week - 24 hours a day.
The Secure Payment Option in the Shopping Basket is available 7 days a week - 24 hours a day.
The Card Payment Line is open on the days shown in the Shopping Basket which you can get to at any time by clicking the "Basket" link above.
Parcels are usually collected from us around 2pm on the days shown in the Shopping Basket.
Orders generally need to be placed by 12.30pm on the days shown in the Shopping Basket. Those are the only days we can send out orders on the same day as ordering at the moment.
Website Updates
The website does not update automatically as it is not database driven. Therefore if you put an item in the basket it will still be showing as in stock on the website. The website is updated very quickly but cannot be done until after you checkout. If an item goes out of stock, or special offers sell out, we will notify you as soon as we can.
