CraftBits January 2021 - Newsletter Dear Member Welcome to our first Newsletter of 2021. Before we start we would like to say that our thoughts and prayers go out to anyone who has been affected by Covid19. It has been almost a year since we sent our last newsletter, and what a year! We have continued to send out parcels but do have reduced capacity, more info in Brexit and Covid19 section below. Hopefully things are looking up now and we can all get back to normal over the next few months
Craft Bits New Items The following items have been put online in the last couple of months. Keep an eye on our Customer Forum for details of new items - we always post on there soon after they go online.
Brexit and Covid19 We have temporarily stopped sending parcels outside the UK until we are sure the Royal Mail programme we use to apply postage, create labels and send Electronic Customs Data is working correctly. We have a Covid19 page on our website which has been updated in the last few days. We have unfortunately had to temporarily close for a couple of weeks due to a key member of office staff being told to isolate by Track and Trace. She is fine, no symptoms at all and we hope to re-open by the end of January but please keep an eye on our Forum and Social Media pages for up to date info. You can contact us or leave feedback at any time by email, Twitter, Facebook or on our Customer Forum. Craft Kits Website Craft Kits is one of our Sister websites, along with Dianne's Knitting Yarns. We include new items from CK in our Newsletters as we know a lot of our customers also shop with CK, who do not have a Newsletter of their own. There have been a lot of new kits added over the last 10 months, too many to show here, so we have just put a couple and only one from each range - Click the pictures to go to each page online. Full details can be found on the Craft Kits section of our Forum and on the New Items page on the CK website.
Craft Bits also have various Social Media accounts as shown in the circular icons below. If you do not belong to any of these you can still contact us by email or via our Customer Forum.
